So my cousin is trying to confirm his account, since if you don't you can't post, but this thing won't send to his email. Please help.

No need to be rude Kheidra because the fact is, the confirmation code doesn't send to an email. You have to get the key in lobby 2 by typing in /key. Use the full key that it gives you and not just the number.
