THE FITNESS GRAM PACER TEST IS A MULTISTAGE AEROBIC CAPACITY TEST THAT PROGRESSIVELY GETS MORE DIFFICULT AS IT CONTINUES. THE 20 METER PACER TEST WILL BEGIN IN 30 SECONDS. LINE UP AT THE START. THE RUNNING SPEED STARTS SLOWLY BUT GETS FASTER EACH MINUTE AFTER YOU HEAR THIS SIGNAL. SIGNAL A SINGLE LAP SHOULD BE COMPLETED AFTER YOU HEAR THIS SOUND SOUND REMEMBER TO RUN IN A STRAIGHT LINE AND RUN AS LONG AS POSSIBLE. THE SECOND TIME YOU FAIL TO COMPLETE A LAP BEFORE THE SOUND, YOUR TEST IS OVER. THE TEST WILL BEGIN ON THE WORD START. ON YOUR MARK. GET READY. START. idk why i did this
says the one who tries to be a savage but ends up just making a fool of himself. smh -=- We did this for Science, believe it or not. (It's called the beep test here in Australia) We're learning about forces, but before we were learning about cell respiration. So we had to do the beep test, and then test our heart beat, before and after. After we also tested out forces in a game of tug o war. It was a sport day too so I died whilst doing PE.
why do you think I broke up the two paragraphs? Just read your part and move on. Such disgusting attitude
Some of my irl friends have memorized this and just recite it in the locker room, which is why I'm assuming and asking.
that's true @UncleUrnesto don't dislike something when they're just stating facts, lol. why would they waste time memorising what is one of the worst things to ever face in school?
