So my balance on OP Prison got reset for the 2nd time this year

I tried e-mailing support the first time this happened they didn't do crap. So I'm not e-mailing them again. Don't expect to see me on OP Prison for a while unless someone miraculously decides to pay me 16T

Well my balance before the reset was 16T, and I've been X rank since the 22nd of October

 

Well, last night OP Prison broke. Rank titles were glitched, no permissions, or anything. My guess is that they just rolled it back a little bit to fix it. Apologies for the inconvenience.

 

Simple solution.

Don't dedicate so much of your time to an unkempt Minecraft server.

To be fair, OP-Prison used to be and probably is known for the most balance bugged game mode of the server. Since, a lot of people including myself get bugged out on there with balances clearing. Its not like this is the 100th time someone complained about this issue, just saying. (Maybe we should try to prevent this from happening again...)

I once lost my mvp rank and I emailed mineverse support.

*half a year later* I spammed them with the same email almost everyday until I got it back.

 

E-mailing Cyp and Noob for support is more effective than trying to defeat a dragon with a bar of hand soap.

look I can't help you with your problem of losing 16T.
But I think everyone knew the laggs in OP prison?
anyway they are fixed now by simply making a suggestion to fix the problem.

as you can see all the people here would already support you.
make a suggestion get the amount of support and cyp will hear everyone speaking up.
maybe than he will fix the problem if fix able.
