Some staff may be on forums every now and then but are never in game to help, I say get rid of them and replace with loyal experienced active members that deserve it and will benefit the server. Thx for reading :)

No support mod's can be inactive on times, they might have school or be on vacation if you play on this game 24/7 you dont have a life

I am very offended by this. Staff take time out of their lives to contribute to this server. Not everyone can get on the forums because of school, work, life problems, etc. Staff work their butts of for as long as they can. They were promoted to staff because they are active and loyal. Just because they are a little inactive doesn't mean they should be demoted/ replaced. If you want there to be a change then I suggest you apply for staff and see how hard the job actually is.

We try to do our best, but as stated we have a life outside of moderating. We try to be as active as possible, but sometimes it's not a lot.

The Owners and Head-Mods decide when a moderator has been inactive for too long and make the judgement call to take action or not.

If you would like something to be done, you can alert one of the Staff Managers of their inactivity (Though they are probably already aware of it) or even ask the inactive mod directly. I'm sure they're fine with telling you why they've been inactive.
