      Offender's IGN: falloutfan13

      Reason: Hacking on KitPvP. In the video, at multiple points in time, as I hit him, his head snapped to me and he started to hit me. This is not possible for someone who is hacking, unless that person has extremely fast reflexes, and that probability is easily ruled out.
