      2.The offender's exact ingame name:SweetMemories
      3.A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Hacking look about 2 minutes to the ned becaue SweetMemories shows there hacks. Also he/she told me that they have an alt and use vpn. I can send a screen shot of him saying he has an alt and VPN. If its needed.
