Differences between "Tempban" and "Ban"

Hello, can someone tell me the difference between "Tempban" and "Ban".
Just write in comments please.

 

Moderators only have access to /tempban then the player, amount of time, and reason. Head-Mods+ have access to /ban which is permanent.

 

Off Topic:
If someone says your paswd and email in mineverse minecraft chat is that a month or perm.

 

A month ban since that is leaking personal info, make a report and it will be dealt with.

No wait, but what's an example of perm then? Like showing screenshots of person in real life?

 

Only Head Mods can perm ban, no offence is listed in the rules as an immediate perm ban. Head Mods decide when a player has broken enough rules to warrant a perm ban.
