      So before skywars.com merged with Mineverse I had SkyGod, a $50 rank. I had sent out an email like it said when I joined the game on June 24th, and sent another just yesterday, with a few in between. I still have gotten no rank. Is there anything I can do? I have sent 5 emails in a span of about 3-4 months and still nothing.

      If they don't respond, just keep bumping it. Eventually, you will get a response. Please be patient.

      Also to add, I think the usual maximum time is about 1 week for support to reply. So try to be patient. :) Good luck getting your rank back!

      Along with losing my rank, I had lots of skybucks too, but the old skywars server glitched and I lost them all, this is a screenshot I had before I lost them, and before the Mineverse merge. Is there any way I could get this money back as well? I had help from the skyblock.net team saying they could get them back, but then a week later is when skywars.com went down and later turned into Mineverse.

      You are going to have to send all of this into [email protected] as we cannot help you here on the forums. I am going to go ahead and close this since you have been told the way to get this handled. Good luck with getting your stuff fixed back to where it should be. :)
