[Skygrid] Chest Claim Problem

The claim on all of my chests are under the username "cookiejess"
Changed my username
Can't open my chests now because it's under my old name...
I have to wait 30 days until I can change back, and do I really want to be called cookiejess for a month?
Please can this be fixed?

 

Contact a head moderator and they might be able to figure this out for you.

I don't think Head-Mods have perms to change private signs on Skygrid. Sorry.

We don't unfortunately. I've requested the necessary perms for here, survival and other places that we don't have the perms. I haven't heard anything back yet, but hopefully we will get the perms soon.

Sorry about that issue Jexica, this has happened to many people before. You'd have to probably wait 30 days or maybe you can try your luck asking Pile, but as Dyna said I don't think they can do it.
