Raedonkid- God rank not showing up on Prison...shows on other servers

As the title suggests, my donor rank shows on every server/gamemode except for normal Prison.

Originally, I contacted moderators in-game for help, but was directed to the [email protected] email.

I emailed support about 4-5 days ago and received an automated response, but nothing has been done to fix this issue.

If you can, Please help.

 

Cypriot is away at the moment and will not be back for a week or so.
Do you have any evidence of your purchase?

 

I have a paypal receipt, I have the donor rank on other servers and I have a transaction ID#.

 

You are only missing the rank on regular prison?

 

I am missing it on: Kitpvp, Prison, and from what I can tell, Parkour?

 

Parkour will not show your rank, but I know we have been having an issue with the other 2 servers with buycraft not running packages. Unfortunately your timing is the worst. Like I mentioned above, Cypriot has no access to any internet at the moment and it is him that responds to the buycraft/support emails.
You will have to wait. :/

In the meantime I will do my best to get a message sent off to him about this.

Second, that's what I thought about Parkour, but I wasn't completely sure.

Lastly, I am not in any hurry and can wait, I was just wondering what was going on because MV is usually really good about this type of issue.
