      Offenders IGN: KidsWithHacks
      Broken rule: Hacking/safeaura on low fov.
      Evidence:

      If you see in the video he toggles no slowdown and ran with his bow for like 1 second, he also has clear safe aura on low fov with they way he is hitting and locking on. Also when kenji tps in /god he snaps onto him mid fight. If you don't see it, slow down the video.
