I suggest adding that to your moderator application with the 'Edit' button. Also, just an fyi, you can click the 'reply' button in the corner of comments to quote a message. This alerts the person you are replying to, that you have replied. (You could also tag someone by doing @Name. It will look like this if done correctly: @xX_IDK_Xx )

I don't know why you need to reply without much more insight than others have put in though, the 48 is up.
Surely you could just close this then? It's, once again, impossible for this user to reach the requirement of "2 weeks registered on the forums" in 48 hours. They only joined on Thursday, which was 4 days ago. Give them 48 hours, that's 6 days. 6 does not come close to 2 weeks registered. I honestly don't understand why you give them this false hope that they will manage to obtain the requirements in time.
