SUGGESTION:
Basically, when you click on a hashtag so let's say it's #Cheese
It will redirct you to a page showing all mentions of the hastag.

This could be useful for things like mod apps, like #Promote(name) or things like #roastme or #ripharambe

Thanks for the feedback. But people may want to see a visual prompt, if you can call it that. I personally don't like using tags, I don't know why. Having this weird hashtag thing would be a bit like twitter
