Allow moderators access to /Vanish ?

Unless that was custom made for us, that command does not exist in Essentials itself although we can make it so that command executes all 3 within one command but I am pretty sure we'd need perms for /v for us to put us into it.

I truly agree with the gamemode 3 being a bad idea because of the ability to phase through blocks. This could be a issue on some gamemodes.

No support, moderators might consistently go into /v, and when someone is looking for help, the person who needs help doesn't know they aren't on. I think /Gamemode 3 would be better.

 

On the server that I was on, a minor abuse of /v could mean demotion to a lower rank without /v. If it was major, the staff member could be removed completely and maybe even banned.

Eliz and I staffed together on the same server, and ./v was an important thing to capture hackers.
It is obvious when it is abused, and doing so would result in immediate demotion.

Another thing to add:
This server has significantly less hackers on it because of the use of /v.

 

hidden from /staff and tab has to be considered.

It could be abused but wouldn't Cyp choose someone he Can Trust to be a moderator?
