I've voted for mineverse 25 days this month. I missed one day because I forgot and another day because I didn't have internet access. Basically, my query is twofold: Why am I not on the "Top voters this month" list? How come some days when I check the list people have voted more times than there are days (ie. there'll be someone who voted 4 times yet it's the 2nd of a particular month? Is there any way the number of times I've voted can be verified? At one stage I started screenshotting every time I voted but it just became to annoying to continue... Lastly, what happens if the top 10 people on the list have all voted the same number of times? Ie. multiple people are tied for a particular position on the top 5? Thanks for your time, hope this made some sense :P

I'm in Central Africa Time, which isn't on your list... Why do you have to vote at a particular time for the vote to be counted? It seems unfair that some people are expected to vote at 2am every day! Like really, it says to vote every day and the top 5 voters get an upgrade, which is exactly what I've done...

That's great but I can't vote at 2PM every day because I have school :/ Why can't I just vote daily and let my vote be counted?
That's unfair. Also, it's 2AM not 2PM, because the EET time matches mine, so I guess EET and CAT are equivalent. How on earth do you expect me to vote at 2am daily? Seriously, I've voted enough times to be on the list, I don't care that I'm supposed to vote at 2am for it to work, because that's never going to happen. I can't reasonably be expected to vote at such a ridiculous hour. Why can't you just credit me for the votes I did irrespective of the time at which I voted.
Don't patronise me. Also, is it really necessary for you to quote my replies? It's not like anyone else is posting in this topic so I know you're replying to my previous statements. It's just a stupid system and I'm questioning it. I don't care if "its your time zone dude [sic]" it's unreasonable and unfair. If you're not going to take the time to formulate a proper response, I would appreciate it if you could let a mod or high ranking member to take a look at this topic, because you're wasting my time with your obstinacy.
I agree with you @JettPath. They're asking you to vote everyday, that's fair enough for a rank upgrade I suppose, but a specific time? That's over stretching it. I don't believe it's a fair system, why should some people have to stay awake until 2 in the morning to vote ( to be in the top 5 voters of course) and some at decent times? People shouldn't miss out on things because of their timezone, that's discrimination. This community is made out of individuals, so the server needs to refer itself to equality.
It is your time-zone so you'll have to work with it. There's no point of complaining as nothing is going to be done, everyone else who has issues with their time-zones doesn't sit around and complain, they get on with it. And although it may be unfair it is what it is.
Your status is "Life is too short, so give it your best shot." Is being negative and let unfair systems go without question apart of your best shot? Honestly, if everyone had your attitude, nothing would be done about anything. Unfair? Who cares, nothing can be done. It's a Minecraft server, not a world-wide problem, therefore something can actually be changed about the system If enough people raise their voice about it. For the so called people who "Doesn't sit around and complain", maybe they're quiet about it, because people like you dismiss a fairer system, that could be achieved?
There's no need for this becoming personal. I replied giving my opinion, whether you like it or not it is what it is. And what do you expect getting changed? You expect Mineverse to change the voting schedule just so you can vote? Well life doesn't work like that my friend, you work with what you got.
It was your opinion yes, but It wasn't logical. Isn't it obvious what I wan't changed? Maybe the fact that you can't vote at anytime, or at least a more decent time for EVERYONE. I'm not the one that wants to vote, I'm just helping someone out. Life does work like that, you're just one of those people who neglect change. Is it really hard for Mineverse to change that? Not really. It's not asking for much, just a fair system. First of all, we're clearly not friends, secondly, life does work like that, you want something? You work for it, and try and get a change. You might need to rethink about this. What you're saying is illogical, and you make it seem impossible, which it's not even close to be.
It is about timezones and you have to remember, it may be an inconvenient time for you, but for someone else it could be perfect. And yeah, they're not gonna change the system just so you yourself can vote. And @Hywel stop getting so worked up over it lol
@daesang But why can't it be perfect for everyone? No one should have an upper hand. Other people might want it to change as well, so it's not only for him. Why can some people get a rank upgrade and not everyone? It's a competition only a few can have a shot at, where's the fairness? I'm not getting so 'worked' over it, I'm just being honest.
It's had happened, like 2 years ago, that people that got the same votes, lower than top 5, and in the range of top 10, would get a VIP upgrade. But, as the server's popularity grows, they (Owners) seem to have removed this past system @Amori
