The title says it all. We need to start perm banning hackers again. People are always complaining that hackers are on too often, and the reason for that is that the hackers are only gone for a month, and then they are just unbanned. So why not get rid of this issue entirely by banning hackers permanently!
Neutral I can see where you're coming from, but permanently seems a bit harsh. Maybe make the ban time for hacking a bit longer.
A perm ban WITH a chance to re-appeal is good imo We don't want to come off as overly strict to other servers.
I agree, I believe that the perm ban punishment for hackers was the right punishment, that way if they wanted to play they could appeal. Support.
I have been banned for hacks ... I think there should be a 3 offence system, 3 death threat, scams, advertisements, hacks, or any other major offence should result in a perm ban.
I believe they should be banned for 31D's first then if they do it again, perm ban them with a chance to appeal when the moderator believes they've learnt there lesson.
Support. It's their choice to hack, If they're prepared to hack, then they're prepared to be banned. No point in sticking up for those who ruin the game for others. It's not harsh at all, it's just common sense not to hack. Yes I've been banned a few times for other things, just because I don't take it seriously. If it was perm ban, then a huge change could be made to this 'abysmal' community. Perm ban would get people to stop breaking the rules, including myself. Before anyone gets triggered. I don't mean the whole community is abysmal, just the current state of it.
I've been wanting this added back ever since it was taken away. So obviously support. Most hackers are randoms who will keep hacking. It's best to just get rid of them permanently, instead of letting them back on to hack again. Question though. Do you suggest a perm ban from the game mode caught on, or from the server?
