Maturity
To start this one off, I'd just like to address the fact that some people might think of me as immature. Honestly, I'm not immature, I just like having fun, and I'm sorry if that offends you. I'm mature enough to understand when I'm in the wrong, and when to apologize for false bans. Hopefully that won't happen, but people do anything to try and change the story. No clear evidence, no punishment.

Honesty/Biased
It's a known fact that when one of your friends get in trouble, they try and get you to help them out. With me, as much I love my friends, I will have to punish if they break a rule. After all, I'm here to help the community, not to destroy it. If I become Mod, I will treat every report with my full honesty, I don't want to falsely punish someone. To conclude this topic, no matter who you are, if you're my best friend, or someone I don't know, If you break the rules, I will react in a civilized manner.

Kindness
This might just be me, but in this day and age, It's getting rarer and rarer to finds 'real', honest people. I expect human decency from everyone, and I get disappointed when It seems it doesn't exist in people. I feel like I'm asking for too much, but I'm not am I? Human decency is one of my life morals, I'm kind to everyone, and if people aren't kind to me, then I'll kindly reject them. I love my friends, I won't deny that, and If I become a Moderator, the whole community will be my friend, no matter who you are.

Helpful
Sometimes in our lives, we wish we could help, but we simply can't help. Only a few people would take the extra step and go out of their way to help people in need, and I'm one of those people. I'm not trying to sound narcissistic, I'm just being truthful. When someone wants help, no matter who, I always try and put myself in their shoes, so I can see the problem from their prospective, and not from the prospective of someone who's just doing their job. I'm not going to make a script when I help people, different problems need to be approached in different ways, and I'm capable of doing that. I will treat they players problem as my own.

Professional
If you're going to do something, you have to do it right the first time, or you're just wasting time, right? When there aren't a lot of Mods in-game, or on the forums, there will obviously be more pressure on the ones who are online, good thing I don't break in pressure. I do believe it's better to analyse the problem carefully before making a decision, just to make sure everything's in order. It's better to take time making sure It's in good order, than waste time unbanning/unmuting people you falsely punished, no?

Efficiency
We all know the Moderators get a lot of messages and reports, It's crazy right? There's not a lot of time to waste if you want to go through a lot. Efficiency is key with this, that's why I also think I'd be good as a Mod. I'm not saying I'm the most efficient player in this community, but I can go through things like clock work. But of course whilst being careful.

Personal 'issues' with players
Let's be real, we don't get along well with everyone, but that doesn't mean you have to disrespect. In my years of playing Mineverse, and Minecraft In general, there will be haters, and people who will try and bring you down. Even with those people I'm not disrespectful, I won't let personal 'issues' with players get in my way of my job. If I know you, and you happen to hate me, I'll still help you out, I know I shouldn't encourage bad behaviour, but the community is made from individuals, therefore everyone is important in this special community that we have.

Active
With Mineverse, at some times, there aren't many Mods in-game, and there are more on the forums. I do believe this need to be more equal because It would be more efficient, and more beneficial for the players. I'm active in-game, I love playing skywars, creative, and survival, but you can also see me on different things, depends where my friends really. You can see me in-game for about 4 hours each day. I must admit, I'm only active on forums for about an hour a day. But, since there's always more Mods active on the forums rather than the game, I'll fit in, and even things out a bit.
