Ever since Mineverse fused with skywars.com, my rank was lost. I've consulted mineverse via emailing them to ask to get my rank back. However, this was as long ago as 2 months, and I've emailed twice. Despite emailing twice and it being almost 2 months ago, I have not yet got my rank back. The purchase was made under the account name "ThePvpClan". And my current username is gassug2.
Unfortunately, we cannot help with ranks. The only way to get them back is through the support email.
Cyp has said that he will not be responding to all the emails. He is handling the problems as fast as he can, but he is so flooded with emails that he cannot possible send a response to all of them. Every 4 days or so, you can send another one as a reminder to him that "hey, I still need my rank fixed please."
As Dyna stated the support email is the only way to fix your rank issues. I would suggest emailing again, making sure to post all the details and evidence of your issue. Best of luck to you. Closing.
