I agree.
I would like to become more active in-game also, yet this computer can barely handle the forums.

 

Just notice what you do helps players, and appreciate yourself for that. Also, if you're not having fun while moderating, it's a bad thing, you'll get a job for that! It's always okay to take a break, even if you say "The players need me!", they've got a whole bunch of other staff members for that.

Other than that, there isn't much else that you haven't perfected already. You're an idol man, AN IDOL! Love ya!

As your Wing Man I think there are many ways you can improve.

1. Always be swag around the ladies as they want swag guys more then un swag guys.

2. Always yolo around the ladies. They like guys who always try things straight away other then think about them.

3. Take whatever you can get. Just take mining jeez... #MiningCak3454

 

Beef, your my inspiration to become a mod. I have no critisism on how you work and your habits.

1: You need more confidence in yourself. Your amazing and you should feel that way.
2: You cant survive without sleep bud.
3: Make sure you are where you want to be, and take your greater opportunities.

I like everything about you. Your personality, the way you handle most situations, the way you react to players, as well as mods. However, I know you are busy. But I see ban appeals all the time that needs a answer from you. Last I would like to see you in game more, and help out players.
