About me
My name is Jack, and I am from England (United Kingdom). I am currently fourteen years old and have been playing Mineverse since I was 12. I would like to become a mod because I think I could help Mineverse become a more friendly community. As I have been a staff member on multiple servers, I know the expectations I have to meet and that there is no reward for being a moderator. I am happy to donate my time to Mineverse as I have been here for 2 years and I most likely won't leave for another 5 years.
Experience
- [ ] I have been playing Mineverse now for over two years, and during my time of playing Mineverse I have seen my fair share of people coming and going throughout the years. I have also been a moderator to a few other servers like SuperFactions (which closed in October, 2014) and a few other smaller and less known servers. I was also the co-owner to CookieCraft and I was a head mod in CreeperCraft which both were owned by the same person but both closed down when the owner couldn't afford to keep both servers running.
- [ ] I am also familiar with XenFero as CookieCraft and CreeperCraft both used it but on 2 different websites which costed more to run, but I am familiar with most of the tools (archiving posts, changing the title/prefix, etc) and if there is any new/different tools, I am a very quick learner and would most likely learn them on my first day.
Activeness
- [ ] I come on Mineverse nearly everyday and when I am online I play most gamemodes including hellblock even though I am usually alone there. When I am online I go to each gamemode and play there for at least 20 minutes but I mainly play; Creative, Prison, ArcherPvP, Skyblock and Infection.
- [ ] I am nearly always on forums, even though I very rarely post, I do read a lot of threads. Although I rarely report people on some days, but that is usually because no one at that time is breaking the rules, and other times because someone else has posted in to chat "brb reporting <offenders name>" so I move the screenshots to a different server
Time zone
- [ ] Although time zone may not be that important, the time zone I am currently in (GMT+0) is the central time zone for the hole world l, meaning that as I ,join other staff members from Asia, Africa, Australia and Western Europe will be leaving, there for avoiding a gap of there not being any active staff online at that specific moment. - also when I leave the server that's usually when the western players start to join (North/South America)
Helpful
- [ ] Most of the time I am in a good mood and I very rarely loose my temper which is an advantage as people that are banned or muted would most likely complain and swear at you claiming they did nothing wrong of which I can easily ignore or help them on creating a ban appeal.
Strict
- [ ] I can be strict when I need to, for example when people are spamming in chat I can quietly message them to stop and if they do not I could /warn them and if it gets so bad then I could tempmute them.
Fun
- [ ] I am always having fun when I'm online and I enjoy spending time with friends, and sometimes people I hardly know as I am quite confident and I am always trying to make new friends.
Trust
- [ ] I am very trustworthy and I am even trusted at my school to know the codes on locked doors and the login to the school website as I am good with coding. I am also trusted by the friends that I have made along my way through Mineverse. Personally I believe the most important part about a moderator is trust, because if other staff members don't trust that staff member, then they would most likely not bond, and the players need to be able to trust the people that are essentially keeping the server friendly.

In my opinion, you don't contribute enough to the server through reports and suggestions. Mvxine, Connor, Elliot, TheChainPickAxe and Kinsey are from the UK. There is not a lack of moderators from the GMT time-zone as you say

They are not all from the UK, I know for a fact.

 

All of them live in the GMT timezone. I should have said the British Isles since Chain is from Ireland. xJackkks saying that there is a lack of moderators for his timezone is still invalid
