I don't think this is sincere "I like being mean to you" you practically make your self look like a bully but just in my opinion. If you really want to own up to your actions you have to talk to everybody you were mean to and tell them upfront how you really feel.
I am very sorry. Hopefully you can forgive me and we can be friends? I can be a bully. Sometimes I just like making people feel worse than I usually feel. I am going to work hard to control these emotions and thoughts.
Apology for what you've done is very acceptable, in my opinion, if you wont get banned during one month, I believe in you and you will be a very nice person.

I will "Forget&Forgive" as what've I told my friend when we got an argument. It's fine. It didn't hurt me, just was disappointed.
