Everyday the last week, the forums have been down for a majority of the day.
Ddos attack or something else?


Also, we are still selling kit ranks so we could get in trouble for not complying to the eula, and no one has really spoke on it for our server or on skyblock.

Someone told me the owners have to accept the EULA thing to follow the rules.

 

Again, it has nothing to do with EULA

 

The EULA won't be in full gear until September. Noobcrew and Cypriot have a month to figure out what to do.

But then again Mineverse forums has been offline so much this week.

 

Its the whole server that has to comply.

 

You can still receive donations... you just can't allow players to purchase an advantage.

Mineverse will be fine and I don't believe it will be going down anytime soon as other servers are adapting to the EULA that was already in place in 2012 yet no one followed it so Mojang is now going to Enforce the EULA but Mojang has not gave word on August 1st even though stating that's when it's going to be in effect.

Plus I don't think nobody is going to change how their server is ran until they are contacted or threatened by Mojang. There really is no big reason to change even if Mineverse is not following the EULA but they still should as that is breaking the EULA.

People are forgetting that the previous EULA forbid all sales and that the new EULA is only making it better for server owners.
