Vote Keys

Ok so I was on OP Prison. And I had recieved my keys for the voting thing. I used them on the crates then I saw that I had gotten a Rare Key and a Common Key. I was so excited. My inventory was empty except for the pickaxe in my hand. Although, I got nothing. Just an empty inventory. Is there something wrong with the plugins or something? Please help

 

Nothing is wrong, just instead of receiving an item, you received cash/money.

But they received keys from the voting crate, shouldn't the keys be in their inventory?

I've also not been getting the voting keys everytime I vote, even though it says I got them :/

 

It is a plugin bug. I am sure Cypriot will fix it soon.

Ya sometimes the plugin will bug out and you will not receive your item. Im sure cyp or noob will fix it soon. Sorry for the inconvenience.

 

Neither Cyp or Noob deals with plugin changes, there's a Dev for that.

 

Then where is this developer? Ive never seen him. Im pretty sure they deal with these issues.

 

He doesn't have an in-game rank, he's simply a Dev hired by Crew, works for all the servers he runs.

This has happened to me personally. It tells me I get a rare key ( I asked cyp about this, he said go to your next empty inv hand slot and right click the chest then it works or a key appears) and it tells me I dont have that key, but then my rare key turns into a common key which is bogus because that is obviously not as good.

In turn, they are aware of the issue. I dont have a timeline for a fix however. Also I noticed the enchantment/e-token doesnt work..... @CypriotMerks
