Vision glitch?

Whenever I go underwater, my screen becomes all white, any solutions to this?
(No, it isn't my texture pack)

 

How do you know it isnt your texture pack?

 

I've taken the texture packs off and tried new ones with the same problem.

It's in your settings somewhere, I think it's something to do with transparency, I had the excat same problem

I haven't played Minecraft in 4 months, I have no idea.

I had the same problem as well 2 months ago, I had to change somewhere in video settings I think??

I reset all my video settings.
This still happens.

Try turning off any additional Minecraft things, e.g hacked clients, shaders, resource packs.
Otherwise this may be a Minecraft associated glitch and may be worth talking to mojang,

Turned off optifine, same thing.

 

It's probably a settings problem, like others have said.
Have you tried logging on on another device(computer, laptop etc.) to see if you still have the glitch?
