Username change

I am Zarton123 (in game) and my brother is BanaZun. For some reason, my bro Bana changed his I G N to BaconZun. He hasn't played for a while so I was no longer added to his plot (we're right next to each other) When he tried to add me back, it said this plot is not yours. However, when he did /p home, that was his home and he had access to /p biome and even /p remove! So please fix this (staff) and thx in advance!!

 

Hello. I'm not staff. Maybe try using /plotme dispose? And then do /plotme claim?

 

The only ways I can think of is to:

1. Have your brother change his name back to what it originally was, wait until he has the option to name change again, do /plotme dispose, change his name to what he wants, and then go to the plot and do /plotme claim.
2. Or, he could send an email to [email protected] explaining the issue and they will try to help you there.

 

He cannot dispose his plot MaxNinja and DoctorDistructo but he is planning on changing his name back ;)

 

1 You change your name back to old name.
2 When you can change your name back, dispose your plots
3. Change your name
4. Quickly re claim your plots back, be careful as people can claim your disposes plots, but this is very, very unlikely.

You got it muddled up, DoctorDistructo said to dispose the plot and MaxNinja said to change his name back. :P

I don't believe so.

 

I'm sorry to say that moderators cannot help fix your plot because we don't have the permissions to claim other plots for people. But if you wish for your plot to be fixed you have to change your name back to your original one or send an email to [email protected] where an admin can see your request providing the following things

• Problem With Your Plot
• Your Old IGN
• Your New IGN
• The Plot ID (Located on a Sign on the Front Right Corner of your Plot)
• Valid Proof of You Owning Your Old IGN (Using https://namemc.com/ is the Easiest)

If your problem isn't fixed within a few days after sending the email try sending another one but please do not spam the email. If not after that then try sending one every few days.
