Don't try to get an upgrade, you will get scammed or you will find absolutely no one to do it. Just try to vote every day or wait until a sale is up. (my opinion)
Andrewdavid, please don't. This is at you're own risk. About a year ago, I paid a lot to make someone upgrade me to titan. However, as they left the server, they refunded it and I was banned for refunding; I was also taken my kits away from myself and lost all my stuff I gave him.
I'll do it, though it depends how much you can offer? Also, trading for rank upgrades is risky, but it does work. It's how I got God.
