I did contact support. When I didn't get a reply from there, I contacted him directly.

He did, and when he failed to get a response I contacted them as well. I don't need to go into a debate with you on this. So unless you have something on topic to say, leave the thread. Funny how I get called immature when I'm not the one going off topic by making false points.
