Titan - Premium?

Nobody on the forums can't help you with donation problems.

 

Looks like someone trolled you by purchasing premium for your account. If you send your proof in to [email protected] they will be able to get your Titan rank restored for you. Yesterday when you were trying to talk to me on OPPVP, I couldn't talk because I was on Minechat and had to move before talking, and you can't move while on Minechat. I thought I had sent this response days ago, but apparently it didn't go through.

 

I have sent the email the 27th

 

Make sure to keep bumping up the email by just simply replying to it.

 

I emailed about a month ago, Never any reply.....

 

You need to keep bumping it every couple of days. I really wish there was more I could do to help.

 

It has been 3 days, IT said allow up to 1-5 days,

 

My email required about 4 days... But it shouldn't take more than 1 week, normally. Just bump your email.

 

The fourth day will be tommorow, I hope It can be like yours and get my email back on day four.

 

If you have the necessary information, it should be ok... If not, just bump your email...

He usually won't look at Help threads like these, as he basically expects people to email support. However, it's worth a try.

You also need to be patient. The owners are super busy with the EULA stuff. They will get to your rank, but you are going to have to be patient. Bumping this over and over isn't the way to get it fixed. The only way is through the support email.

 

I didn't get an email back at all for about a month, then talked to NoobCrew in-game which I received my rank back then.

 

Just wanted to give this member actual advice because the advice the "head-mods" and "mods" give you is false information.
