Okay, so what this idea means is that when a guys is promoted as a mod, his rank will be just normal, but would have the same kind of privileges as mods. This idea was sprung from prison, cause many guys pull out a diamond sword or hack when no mods are around. So you can have a small band of sub-moderators, but will not be able to give bans in forums (That'll give the game away). Ohh, and did I mention that the sub-moderator will have a conversation with cyprio-merks about them being a sub-moderator?( Will be private to keep it top-secret to others) Thanks for reading :D, chengj6MC
Well, the thing is... Moderator's are here to help people, not just to ban. This "Sub-Moderator" won't be able to help others if they want to keep it as secrecy. The person won't have the same permissions. This is kinda sketchy.
okay, but they can still act like moderators. Like telling the same stuff, etc. Anyway, it'll help eliminate hackers who know when moderators are on :D
Players are already sub mods, hence the report section on the forum.... We are the official deciding factor in choosing the correct punishment and enforcing the rules laid out by the server owner.
Everyone has the ability to take a screenshot and everyone has the ability to download a free recording software.

Even though at times I would like players to stop yelling my name out when I try to record hackers, I have to agree with Scofu. We were promoted to help the server, to help the community, not stay hidden.
