I've been off the server for a bit, but when I left, I remember something significant; something that's given me a second thought about buying a rank: Something (or someone) has been trolling the ranks. Namely joelyou123 (former god - i believe he got his rank back somehow) and frejkob (former titan - sorry for spelling the name wrong. it's a foreign language...) I'm sure many more people have lost ranks. But the question I'm asking is, A - is there a fix for this? If I get god/titan and I get downgraded, can I get it back? Or do I have to pay the $100/250 delta again. And B - who's doing this? Sorry if this question has been answered, but I need to know. Also, I don't want a drama thread. Think before you post. I need proper answers; thanks ;3;

Post a thread in the Donor & Donation Issues, including your name, proof of your rank, and proof of your downgrade. I recommend you tag a few moderators so they can tag Cypriot and bring it to his attention.
This is actually a fault in the buycraft system itself so it's up to them to fix however as said above just email [email protected] with proof you owned the rank you have lost e.g. a screen shot and your name
When you buy a new rank or an upgrade, make sure to always screenshot the receipt page and the in-game rank. It's really disappointing when people downgrade others, but you should be fine if you have the proper evidence of your purchase.
Well, if you use a payment option that sends a receipt your your email like I do and if you print it out because YOU'RE SO INSECURE like I am, you don't really have anything to worry about. It's also recommended to get the transaction ID from the person if someone else upgraded you.
