The First Amendment

Ok so children are being punished for not fighting about, but simply just mentioning politics or political figures. I got a message deleted for simply saying "I'm more of a Ronald Reagan", which didn't cause any arguments nor did anyone ever respond to it. There's a presidential election in the US literally two days away and I think it's ridiculous that we can't even mention it without causing conflict. I get it that religion and politics shouldn't be mentioned in a way that would be offensive or cause arguments, but simply saying something like "I went to a Trump rally" shouldn't be violating rules if it's not causing conflict. People have their own profiles so that they can express their feelings and I feel that it's unfair to limit their freedom of speech if what they say isn't inappropriate or offensive. This isn't a suggestion because I know it would be denied but it's just a rant and I would enjoy reading opinions

not everybody lives in a country where freedom of speech is tolerated, just saying.

 

I don't see anything wrong with it tbh, i don't think it's worth a punishmeny or a deletion.

 

This isn't a democracy. We are a forum for a block game.
These rules are set in place for a reason. Feel free to post whatever political or religious banter you wish on your social media site. It's not allowed here whether you agree or not.
