Requirements Needed The Application Mod

My in game name is BLaZe_Andy, Going to change to BLaZe_Kush soon.
My time zone is Pacific Time Zone
I live in United States and wont be moving to another country.
I speak english and a little bit of spanish.
Yes, i do have 2FA enabled
I get evidence by screenshots and recording videos.
I think i should become a mod because most of the time i am on there is hackers and there is not a mod on and i would like to get rid of the hackers.
I am active on the server from 7 to 8 hours a day.
Ive been plating mineverse since 2014
Ive been banned recent op Op Pvp because i wanted to kill someone and the mod counted it as death wishes.
Ive been a mod on another server which is called Arckum

I reach 3 requirements for staff.

• 2 Weeks registered on the Mineverse forums
• Moderators are required to haveSkype or Teamspeak 3 for offline communication.

Failure to follow the requirements will have your application ignored.
Note: Please remember that these criteria may change at any given time. If so, we will do our best to let you know so you can adjust accordingly.

Please do not ask to become a staff as it lower your chances becoming one.
