This scammer system is bad, REALLY bad. Lets say I get scammed for 1000 on kit pvp I wont get it back and the scammer will get to keep it after the ban, this is really bad how did you even think of this. I have at least 4 scammers I have recorded but I simply don't report them because i wont get anything out of it. i lost at least 1,400 to scammers and got paid back 30, seems fair doesn't it ? in my opinion you should give the person his items or money back from the scammer's ender chest, personal vault or bal. Lets say I scam someone for something crazy like 15,000, I get to keep that money after my ban expires and that person that got scammed will never get it back. If you got any other suggestions please reply and let mods/owners see this. Thank you.
Moderators are the primary people that handle reports, and they don't actually have sufficient perms to be able to edit players balances. I definitely think people should get their stuff back from scams, but I don't see how it'd work. Support for the idea of players being able to get their stuff back though.
Well I mean they could give mods permission to withdraw people's balance, I mean most of the mods have their rank for a a reason and I don't think they would abuse it.

we're not talking about hackers, its about scammers. I said I won't get anything out of it because once their ban expires they will be hacking/scamming again and will have my money which they earned in an unfair way
It's nice to know I can scam someone and log back on in 30 days and keep the items/cash. -every scammer. Support. But since the mods don't have this permission and probably never will, I think the punishment should be according to the worth of the scam. Kitpvp for example; $0-$100 = normal length ban. $100-500 = 2-3 month ban. $500-$1000 = 3 months THEN appeal. $1000+ = 3-5 month lobby ban THEN appeal. $2000+ Lobby perm ban. This is just an example. I think this would help prevent players from scamming one another.
If it was as simple as just giving you your money back, then sure, we'd do it. However, it would be abused by the players, many have alts/friends.
Or there could be a different section to report scammers which only people higher than mods could see and take care of it, since anyone can apply for mod but you have to earn higher levels(by trust).
And what if they did abuse it? You won't believe what some moderators would do. Would you want to have your favorite server rolled-back and lose some progress all because a moderator decided to put trillions into the economy?
