Survival God rank Missing?

I had my God rank before the reset on Survival (Which was a few months ago.)
And one day i come on to Survival and my god rank was missing. I don't know what happened, It could of happened when i changed my name? But hopefully you guys can fix the problem.

I recommend you email [email protected] with:

• Your in-game name.
• Your lost rank.
• Evidence that you have the rank.
• Which server you lost the rank on.

How do i email????

 

Go to your email account (the on you used to make the forums account).
Press compose.
Enter [email protected] as the receiptant.
Write everything I told you to in the actual email.
