Support never replies? Am I doing something wrong? I sent an email about a Skyblock issue, and a Creative issue and a rank issue almost a year ago? I never get replies from them???????
Ok Support is CONSTANTLY being flooded with junk along with streams of players messaging in, I doubt Cyp is ignoring you but I would just make sure the email you are sending it to is correct. [email protected] Maybe try with a different email address?
I fail to get an answers aswell. Last one sent several month ago with out any answer. And now it is crusial with the one I sent yesterday about glitching out from the server so I can't play in Mineverse at all. :-/
I sent 3 professional emails to them around November 2015, no reply. It's the correct email and everything..
Cyp is the only one who can help you. When it comes to Skyblock I'm not sure if there is anything that can be done. Closing this.
