Support Tickets

    This server needs more staff to be helping out the players support tickets. Smh its been 2 days no reply and 4 days with my problem.

    only 2 days? i've submitted 3 support tickets for the same issue, each one taking a few weeks to get a response and supposedly fixed (it wasnt). i've just given up with support tickets altogether

    It's been a whole 2 days, wow

    Please keep in mind we only have 2 people that can actually handle most support tickets, and we have 25 of them open right now, it will take some time for it to be handled. You're free to bump the ticket once in a while by replying to it.
