It doesn't have anything to do with your username, so don't worry about that. Make sure to bump your email every week (Give or take) so it doesn't go to the bottom and stays at the top.

 

As RebornWolf said, keep your email active. This way they will have a better chance of seeing it.
I'd also suggest messaging them here on the forums to possibly get a faster reply!

I'm confused, are you saying you cannot donate because your name is long?

 

He thinks that long username is the issue, but it really isn't. His rank probably didn't register or something..
