staff recognition

I keep finding all these threads saying that hardly any staff are on, well this thread is to let the community give some appreciation to the staff that are consistently being active and helping the server.

Just comment the staff member(s) you think are good in your opinion and the reasons why.

I know there are multiple staff appreciation threads in the staff section of this forums which only staff can see and I thought they really did boost staffs motivation to get on so I thought why not make a public one?

 

All the mods, however if I had to choose I would pick:
