The Moderators on Mineverse are Great. I actually like what has happen in the past few months and actually see a lot of work being done and a lot more dedication then there use to be. But it seems that the Moderators aren't " Happy " in a way when they work all the time. When working you should love your job if you don't love your job you have a not so fun time. Happy employees are more Productive, Creative, and resilient. " These Moderators should be dedicated as well the Administration Team. The Administration team is very inactive at the moment and I think there should be a Type of plan where Moderators and Admins are actively speaking and have some type of ease of contact so problems are easily fixed as-well people are happy while doing so. In short, this means that most workplaces set up a vicious cycle: There’s too much work compared to the available resources Employees are constantly told that they’re falling behind Employees become unhappy at work Employees become less productive Less work gets done Back to square 1 " There needs to be more involvement and a " Game Plan " in a sense. To make everyone more Productive. I am going to stop saying " There needs " and such and say what should be done. 1. A Game Plan within the Moderation/Administration 2. Support within the staff. 3. More productive work 4. I think Moderator need to be honest with their work. They need to let it out. Are they able to do /nick?
Sorry to say this, but if you want a change some how get Cyps or NoobCrew to look at the suggestion, we have this section but they never look at it. I support though.

Support! If I had to choose 1 admin, I would proablly pick Xelnagahunter since as you know he is one of the Oldest Moderators around besides KatoKillsMyGPA and DarkChyldeone. As you know Kato is already a Admin on Hellblock while DarkChylde still has to moderate .ORG and I don't know about hellblock, as of xel, Xel resigned on the other servers, so he's only moderator here now, giving him alot of time to be admin, if you disagree with this please do not fight as this is only my OPINION! I totally agree with Daddy.
Support! I reckon we definitely need a new admin at least, and a game plan such as this would definitely motivate us- if we feel that the admins are monitoring our progress- they might be right now- and if we knew they were I think that the team would strive to please.
