• My purchased rank is/was: Titan
• My exact issue and or game mode where the problem is: All servers. Got downgraded
• Evidence ie: screenshots and/or any helpful information:

Seems like someone abused color codes.

btw Danny when u buy a rank u get sent a email with something called a transaction code for buying the rank u should post it to show proof that u bought a rank or email to it mv...
