EUR Smiley's Re-Application

Hello everyone and welcome to my application!
I don’t want to make a too long and detailed application but I just want that it’s enough.


⌘My resignation⌘

I got promoted on April the 22nd and I resigned on July the 11th, I had been a mod for around 2.5 months but it was becoming really difficult being that there were no other EU mods towards other than Kinsey_Kid. The thing is that I’d been the only EU moderator for a while or there was only 1 other EU moderator. Now, there are multiple eu moderators on Mineverse which means I will not be constantly harrassed when I come online.



The other reason I resigned was because of school, I couldn’t handle both of it. Now, I have another plan on how I should do it, my new plan is to first to homework before I go on my computer. For now it works really well and I hope it will work well for always.

I live in the Netherlands.

My main language is dutch but I also speak english and a little french.

Yes.

Yes, I use bandicam to record and I use gyazo to share screenshots.


⌘Why do you think you should become a mod?⌘

I think that I should become a moderator because I like to help people who need it and to clear the hackers. When I was moderator before, I loved it. The reason I resigned was not because I didn't like it but I couldn't handle it.
Some other points of why I apply are below:


⌘My timezone (EU)⌘

One of the main reasons I am applying is because of my timezone.
Something that mineverse needs is moderators from EU, I am from EU and I think that EU moderators are highly needed because of the different timezones. We have A LOT of American mods which is great but the other timezones are starting to slip behind. I know the EU has gained some new mods recently but I still feel we need more.

⌘Experience⌘

While I was part of the mineverse team the ban manager plugin changed and with it I had to diversify and re learn the commands, I could list them but what would be the point? Anyone can look up the plugin and list the commands. I know HOW to moderate, I know which punishments go with which offences.


⌘Fast typing⌘

I can type really fast. I’ve done a training to type faster, right now I can type around 100-120 words per minute.


⌘Friendly⌘

Something I really try is to be friendly to everyone even when they are not my favorite person. I have to admit that I’ve not been friendly all the moments to everyone, so I want to say sorry to the people that I’ve been rude to.


⌘Reports⌘

I know that I am not making a lot of reports right now but I am trying to make as many as I can. Look at my history, when I start I don't stop, the majority of my recent posts which have put me so high on the post board are from reports.

I float around the server doing anything and everything however if you want to find me the chances are big that I am on OPpvp or parkour as this is my favourite server.

⌘How long can you be actice on the server daily?⌘

Monday, in-game around 1 hour (because of tennis) and on the forums around 2 hours (maybe more)
Tuesday and Wednesday, in-game around 2-2,5 hours and on the forums around 3-4 hours.
Thursday, in-game around 1 hour (because of tennis) and on the forums around 2 hours (maybe more)
Friday, in-game around 3-4 hours and on the forums around 4-6 hours.
Saturday/Sunday, in-game around 4-5 hours and on the forums around 5-6 hours.

I’ve been playing mineverse for nearly 3 years.

Yes, I’ve been banned once on the forums for rate abuse.

Yes, I’ve been a moderator on mineverse for around 2.5 months and I’ve been moderator on some small servers.
