[Skywars] No Rank [Handled]

I've had the God rank for quite some time now and I recently just realized I don't have a rank in Skywars. I have it in creative, kit pvp, op pvp, and skyblock but not that server. My friend also has a rank and her rank shows but not mine. Could somebody explain this to me?

I recommend you email [email protected] with:

• Proof that you were <item/rank>. (i.e the receipt number or screenshot/video evidence with you and the rank.)
• Old name
• New name
• Also include the server you are missing the rank on.
