I've been requesting an island reset for over a year now, I was told to email [email protected] and I haven't gotten a reply. I bumped the email every 2-3 days, and it's been almost a year since I sent the first email. 11/7/15 is when I first sent the email. I have asked every developer, and they said they would look into it, well they never did. My issue is, when my friend changed her name, it kicked us both from her island, and removed our commands from us. I can't do /is or /is leave or any /is commands. Some players had the same issue also, and they asked and it got fixed. I've waited patiently for a good solid 8 months now, and I would like help. Skyblock is one of my favorite gamemodes ;p IGN - Teeeb
Try sending another email :/ other than that the only other thing you can do is hope this thread gets noticed.

There is no fixing this server. That is the answer you don't want to hear, but it is the truth. Skyblock is very broken. It needs a reset. There is no way to help you. I am sorry.
