Try use a link shortener. I think your signature may be too long.

 

Just tried to use that gif as my signature, didn't work.
The link is too long, try using a shorter link like what ParanormalPizza has said.

Fast way to do it is to upload this gif onto gyazo gifs and then upload it. Link's shorter and most likely to work. Hope this helped.

Have you tried using bit.ly or goo.gl to shorten your links?

Modified as your signature might be too large a file to load(just a guess) or the forums take your long link as 'spam', edits the long link into a shorter one, and replaces it with your quote above.
