I suggest that the developers or whoever is in charge of server maintenance should make us a status page for the server. You'd click on the link and it would show how many players are currently online, whether or not the server is experiencing bad lag, etc. I've seen a few servers with these links and I think it'd be useful. (If there's already a link for MV that I'm unaware of, my apologies)
The point isn't to just tell how many people are online, it's an easy way to tell if it's up, down, crashing, etc. It's also useful if you're on a mobile device and can't get into MC.
It shows the status on the vote page to show if it's offline, online, how many players are on, etc. But it would be so much better if it showed all of that here, on the forums. Support
