Server Crashes

So this has been happening to me the past few days and I am not sure how to fix it. I will be on factions and suddenly it will start lagging and eventually crash showing the error message "An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host" (I put a picture of the message at the bottom). I at first thought it was my internet, seeing as I was on horrible school internet, but it continues to do this at home and has done it for a few days. Also when I try to get back on it tells me I am already logged in, so I am kinda confused at this point. I do not know if it is just me, or if other people are having this problem, but if someone possibly knows a way to fix it that would be fantastic.

If not, Cypriot is working on this asap.

 

This is an issue for most players on Mineverse recently.
This happens to me constantly as well but hopefully it will be fixed soon enough.

It's happened to me a good 10 times in the past 4 days, just in the middle of a game. It's a huge lag spike.

 

I don't know what's causing it but dont worry you are not alone on this one, lots of people are having trouble

Well me personally no, I don't even know what is wrong with it so I can't do anything but I would assume Cypriot and tanner are trying to sort it.
