Scam refund.

    This will never be added.
    1) Can be easily abused.
    2) What if a mod decides to "Refund" himself, and abuses the perms? Who will have to do the refunds? Mods or Cyp?
    Cyp doesn't have the time.
    3) As stated above, major companies do not do refunds. Same with major Servers.
    Servers like Skyblock.net, its easily to allow refunds to happen, as its one server and can be easily monitored. With a server like Mineverse its hard as there are multiple gamemodes.

    (Scam on the alt account then pay the money to the main account)
