We all know and love Mineverse so that is why we made our forum accounts but, when I went to factions it said kits will be gone forever because of the EULA. I dont want Mineverse to into any trouble so I decided to make this thread! In the shop it says u get a kit by doing /kit Vip, etc. But since there are not kits anymore I was thinking if Mineverse could get sued for false advertising. Because people who buy God for 100$ just for the kits will get pretty angry if they cant use it. So I want this to get to the owner so Mineverse doesnt get into any trouble. Post your thoughts below! Im not sure about them getting sued or anything. I feel as Cyp just hasn't found the time to edit the buy craft. Just a simple mistake but thanks for making a thread about it :p @CypriotMerks edit the buy craft
It states within the server itself and on the server's official forums that the kits were removed from the forums, therefore it's fine.
I support this, yet Cypriot probably does know about this, and will update it when he's free. I don't think Mineverse's biggest issue right now is being sued for false advertising, and I realise that the EULA problem is happening, and users are worrying - but I think the owners are fully aware and are fully capable of fixing these problems. Just give them time
They can't sue them. In the terms and services, it states that there will be no refunds. They can't sue, because they are getting their rank.
