The aim of freedom of speech is to stop government intervention AND let you state your opinion without being harassed or physically assaulted by the people. A reporter named Lauren Southern was assaulted a few months ago for saying "There are two genders" by retarded feminists.

 

She's protected by assault laws that have nothing to do with the first amendment?

 

That punishes people, it doesn't actually prevent it from happening. Watch any video of someone talking out against feminists or social justice warriors, 9/10 someone gets harassed or assaulted.
