Who decides that you have done a 'Decent job'? Thats a bit of a kick in the teeth if after 5+ months of work the community turn around and say actually ... Those last 5 months you spent volunteering here ... yeh those ... Well you wasted your time. I can understand a time threshold maybe a different medal for different lengths of time 1 2 3 4 5 6 8 10 12 months but not dependent on if you did a decent job
Neutral, I do feel as if retired staff need some sort of recognition, but again we do volunteer to do this.
A simple retired staff banner like what nanurz has would be more than enough for me imo. Probably won't happen tho.
Support. I'm not hating, but it's quite difficult being mod. You have people gamemode messaging you, people messaging you, hackers you need to ban, keeping the chat clean, being active, and trying our best.
Support, but a lot of people might flood the forums with applications, just so they get a rank upgrade. I think there should be a certain part of forums for retired players so people can thank them through that page. Or as part of the lobby a small rememberence area and put each Ex-Mod in.
